RETURNS
Returns must be returned with-in (30) days of the ship date received. Maurice Devoul will not accept any returns after 30 days.
EXCHANGES
We do not do exchanges. Our reasoning is simple. Our clothing and bags are hand made and each is unique in its design. A limited amount of each items is made and in a limited amount of sizes, colors and patterns. If you send back the item you want to exchange, there is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time.
However, simply return your package by following the normal return procedure. We will issue you a store credit once we've received your return. That way, you may use the credit towards the correct item/size or for another item.
Credit for your return merchandise will be processed once product is received. Please allow 1-7 business days for return processing. Once your return has been processed, you'll be issued a store credit. Store credit covers original purchasing price and tax if applicable.
* Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address.
